NIGHTS OF NORTHERN LIGHTS LTD ACCOMMODATION BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The person making the reservation must be of legal age (18 years) at the time of booking.
When booking, guests must provide their name, arrival and departure time, telephone number, home address and e-mail address. The number of guests must be stated when making the reservation and pets must be agreed separately.
The reservation is binding from the moment the reservation is confirmed by the seller. An invoice will be sent to the customer by email shortly after booking.
The invoice is due 14 days from the time of booking if the planned arrival date is over 1 month away. (Bookings longer than 7 days can be paid in two instalments. The last installment is due 14 days before the booking begins.) If the planned arrival date is in less than 1 month the invoice is due 14 days before the booking starts.
If the planned arrival date is in less than 14 days the invoice is due immediately.
In the online store, the entire payment is made at the booking stage.
All comments related to the invoice must be reported within 7 days from the date of the invoice. The invoice is paid as a SEPA payment (IBAN account number and bank BIC code) using the reference number on the invoice. The availability and total price of products and services will be confirmed when the order is placed. Products and services are sold on different platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking, Nettivuokraus, etc.) and the prices in these may differ. The booking is always subject to the booking and cancellation conditions of the service provider through which the booking was made.
The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the payment transaction information.
The transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the e-commerce. E-commerce is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallet, payment cards (credit / debit), invoice or installment. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online shopping to pay for the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the debit card attached to the wallet. If it is not possible to charge the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Flexible Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Flexibility is for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With flexibility, you get 30 days of interest-free and no-cost payment period. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With an installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting from 9.90 eur / month. The cost of the flexible installment is EUR 3.90 / month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay 30 to 3000 euros for purchases with Flexible. Aurajoki Nordic Oy is the lender. 2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival and check-in instructions will be sent to the customer before the day of arrival at latest. The customer is also expected to report detailed time of arrival and departure to the host.
The booked accommodation is available on the day of arrival at 17:00 and must be vacated on the day of departure by 11.00. Deviating times can be agreed separately.
3. CANCELLATION
Cancellation must always be notified to Nights of Northern Lights Oy in writing (preferably by email to nights.northernlights@gmail.com).
Our accommodation has a fee free cancellation 1 month before the date of arrival (excluding possible office fee). If we refund the payment, we will charge a 20 € office fee/reservation. If the paid reservation is changed by the customer, we will charge an office fee of 20 euros.
If the cancellation takes place within 14 days – 1 month before planned arrival date, 50% of the price of the reservation will be charged.
If the cancellation takes place within less than 14 days before planned arrival date, 100% of the price of the reservation will be charged.
Leaving the invoice unpaid is not a sufficient measure to cancel the reservation.
4. DAMAGES
The customer is responsible for the accommodation’s property and furniture during the rental period.
The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the property or furniture to Nights of Northern Lights Ltd.
If the key gets lost the costs caused by changing or re-serializing the lock will be charged.
5. NUMBER OF GUESTS
The holiday destination may not be used by more guests than for whom it is booked.
Use of a tent or caravans without the permission of Nights of Northern Lights Ltd on the resort plot is prohibited.
6. COMPLAINTS
All complaints regarding the reservation and condition of the resort must be addressed immediately after their appearance to Nights of Northern Lights Ltd. Nights of Northern Lights Ltd has no obligation to compensate if the staff has not been notified of the defect immediately after its detection.
7. SMOKING AND PETS
Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. Ventilation fee of 200 € will be charged if smoking indoors takes place.
Pets must always be notified in advance and a separate pet fee is usually charged. An additional fee will be charged afterwards if pets are brought in without permission. Pet droppings must be collected from yard.
8. DEPARTURE CLEANING
Departure cleaning can be purchased from the host if you do not wish to do it yourself. If cleaning has not been ordered, Nights of Northern Lights Ltd has the right to charge a separate cleaning fee for an uncleaned accommodation. Even if the departure cleaning is ordered we still require the accommodation to be on the trail of normal living; property and furniture in place and intact. The yard and terrace of the cottage should also be tidy.
9. SELLER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION
In case of force majeure, the seller can cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of the payment paid to the seller.
The seller has the right to cancel the booking if the booker has not paid the invoice by the due date.
The seller reserves the right to make changes to the range of services and products displayed on the websites, as well as changes in the price of the products.
